6 Soothing Herbal Teas Your Gut Will Love! 🌿

Hi friend,

If your stomach has been feeling a little off lately like bloated, uncomfortable, or just not quite right, then you’re not alone. And sometimes, the most powerful support can come from the simplest rituals.

One of my favorite ways to gently support digestion? A warm, soothing cup of herbal tea.

Here are 6 herbal teas I always come back to when my gut needs extra love.

🌿 Peppermint Tea

Helps relax the digestive tract, easing bloating and gas while refreshing your system.

🌿 Ginger Tea

A go-to for nausea, sluggish digestion, and inflammation. It warms and stimulates your digestive fire.

🌿 Chamomile Tea

Not just calming for your mind, but it also helps relax the gut and ease cramps, especially when stress is involved.

🌿 Fennel Tea

Wonderful for reducing bloating and gas, with a slightly sweet, licorice-like flavor.

🌿 Lemon Balm Tea

Light, citrusy, and calming. Great for soothing indigestion while uplifting your mood.

🌿 Licorice Root Tea

Supports and protects the gut lining, making it helpful for reflux and irritation (just be mindful to enjoy in moderation).

✨ Sometimes healing isn’t about doing more, instead it’s about slowing down and supporting your body in simple, consistent ways.

So tonight, or even tomorrow morning, try making yourself a warm cup of tea and notice how your body responds. Your gut loves rhythm, warmth, and care.
