Why you’re still bloated (even when eating healthy)?

Hi again,

If you’ve been eating “healthy” but still feel bloated after most meals… you’re not alone.

For a long time, I thought bloating meant I was eating the wrong foods. So I tried to fix it by:

  • Cutting things out.
  • Eating cleaner.
  • Avoiding certain ingredients.

But nothing really changed. In some ways, it got worse. What I eventually realized is this:

👉 It’s not just what you eat.
👉 It’s how your meals support your body.

Because your gut doesn’t just need healthy foods, instead it needs balanced, supportive meals that your body can actually process well.

🌿 What Helped Me the Most?

Instead of focusing on restriction, I started focusing on simple, balanced meals.

A few shifts that made a big difference.

🥣 Starting my day with protein + healthy fats.
🥗 Building balanced meals instead of “light” ones.
🍲 Choosing more warm, cooked foods (especially at night).
🍓 Snacking less often, but more intentionally.

These changes weren’t complicated, but they were consistent. And that’s what made the difference.

✨ A Simple Reminder

Reducing bloating isn’t about eating perfectly. It’s about:

  • Supporting your digestion.
  • Balancing your meals.
  • Creating a rhythm your body can trust.

I wrote a full article breaking this down (with simple meal ideas you can start with).
