5 Gut Healing Foods to Add to Your Plate This Week

If you've been on a gut health journey for a while, you've probably heard the same handful of foods mentioned over and over: bone broth, kimchi, kefir, until they start to feel more like buzzwords than actual meals.

Knowing what to eat is only half the battle. The real question is: how do you fit these foods into a normal week without turning your kitchen into a science lab?

So today, I'm sharing 5 of my go-to gut-healing foods, and simple ways to actually use them:

🥣 Bone broth → Use it as your base for soups, or cook your rice/quinoa in it instead of water.

🥬 Fermented veggies (sauerkraut, kimchi) → Start with just a forkful alongside a meal you already eat.

🫚 Ginger → Grate fresh ginger into hot water for a calming tea, or add it to smoothies.

🌰 Ground flaxseed → Stir a tablespoon into oatmeal or yogurt. Flavor-neutral, easy win.

🥔 Cooked and cooled potatoes or rice → Meal prep a batch, let it cool overnight, and enjoy the resistant starch benefits even after reheating.

None of these are revolutionary on their own. Their power comes from practicing them consistently. That's the whole philosophy behind The Harmony Method™: lasting wellness isn't built through extremes, it's built through rhythm.
